QB Questions

Here is a good link from Newsday that ranks the ACC by QB play. VT is ranked eighth, behind the likes of UNC, NC State, Maryland (cough), and DUKE. DUKE!

Maybe you could make the case that Thad Lewis is better than Tyrod, but saying that Maryland's compilation of QBs is better than VTs is a bit of a stretch for me.

I actually had to reorder the Maryland post, as noted.

I don't think there's much disparity right now between MD and VT. I think Tyrod will go down as the far superior quarterback to Turner, but TT has yet to play a full season by himself, and with him being injury prone, I had to give the edge to Maryland.

That ranking does not mean Turner is better than TT, it just means MD's QB situation is slightly more comforting than VT's...I emphasize slightly.

I like the updated rankings more, and I also admit to a VT "homer" bias- I think they should be at 5 or so....
