The Wall Street Journal (of all papers) has a good article breaking down the chances of winning it all via offensive line play. Virginia Tech football fans should know best that weak O-Line play means more three and outs than not.
Of all the "contenders" this year, VT and Notre Dame have the most experience on the offensive line, with 100 starts between the members. Our opening day opponent's OL, Alabama, has one of the worst numbers, at only 50 starts between them. Good news for Bud's D. Check it out, it's well written and a good read.
