Randy King is reporting that Ju-Ju Clayton was named Tyrod's backup for the Fall. Maybe not a surprise to most, but a good call by the coaches in my mind, so Davis can focus on WR (I think he'll make an incredible impact there).

According to Duke's Rivals website, Aramide Olanyian has committed to play football for the Blue Devils following his Junior Day visit to Durham. VT hasn't officially offered Olanyian, but he is a big-time recruit. TSL has him as the #9 recruit in the state of Virginia for 2010.

I think he projects as a LB and would have been a good fit at WHIP, but the fact that VT didn't offer him right away might be some indicator that he wasn't as high on the coaches' boards as other players. At any rate, a good pickup for Duke and a loss for VT.
